You bet we are. We practice the utmost care with both your medical record as well as your billing information. We have safeguards in place to prevent a breach in the system and regularly have compliance training for our employees to ensure the highest privacy for you.

It is no longer recommended to have a “ Routine Pelvic Exam” annually. A woman still needs to have routine pap smears- but even that is only done every 3-5 years. Of course there will always be exceptions. When you do need an in-person visit for pap smears or a specific problem, we will arrange for you to see one of our trusted local partners who meet the vigorous GAYA standards of Quality and Comfort.

We currently are accepting all Employer HSA/FSA plans so as to not limit our clients by their insurance Carrier. We are also within network for Aetna and Cigna and you may submit your invoice to directly get reimbursed if you have this insurance. We are working diligently towards accepting most insurance carriers and conducting our own direct billing in the near future.

Gaya Wellness PLLC does not guarantee prescriptions. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. Our doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic and/or certain other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse.
